Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is revered as one of the greatest variety of Burgundy.
In regions with a cool and temperate climate, it generally reveals wines with very fruity aromas (red fruits: strawberry, raspberry, cherry) or with earthy (wet leaves, mushroom) and woody nuances. Wrapped in good acidity, a low tannin sensation, finesse and elegance, Pinot Noir leaves us with a rather mysterious flavour full of complexity.
"in water one sees one's own face; but in wine, one beholds the heart of another." Old French Proverb
“Wine is bottled poetry.”
R. L. Stevenson
“Music is the wine that fills the cup of silence.”
Robert Fripp
"A bottle of wine contains more philosophy than all the books in the world." Louis Pasteur.
"The connoisseur does not drink wine but tastes its secrets"
Salvador Dali
